Carmel Cinema’s Birthday Party Packages

Current Movie Options:

Private Rental – $19 per Guest
  • Great for all ages!
  • Watch any movie currently playing at Carmel Cinema*
  • Includes a theater exclusively for your party for the duration of the film plus up to* 30 minutes after for food and cake (*length of time depends on length of film and start time)
  • Each guest receives a small popcorn and small fountain beverage which include free refills for the duration of the rental
  •  We supply the table, tablecloth, paper plates, napkins, forks, and clean up**
  • A minimum of 15 guests is required
  • Parents of the party child are free

Private parties are held on Saturdays and Sundays with a start times between 10:00 and 10:30 am. A minimum of 15 guests is required. A $150 deposit is due at the time of booking with the balance due the day of the party. A contract must be signed for all private rentals.

*Movie must be scheduled to play the day of the party. This option is NOT available for customers wishing to show their own film.
**We do not supply invitations, cake, cutting knife, candles, matches or a lighter.

Public Showtime Parties – $15 per guest
  • Watch any movie currently playing at Carmel Cinema during any of our regularly scheduled show times
  • Includes a ticket, small popcorn, small fountain beverage and reserved seating for each guest
  • A minimum of 12 guests is required

Public parties can be scheduled any day of the week during any of our regularly scheduled shows. Parties must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

 A contract must be signed for all public showtime parties.

Bring Your Movie Option:

Carmel Cinema’s Private Theater Rentals – $250

Want to treat someone special to a private viewing? Want to bring in your child’s favorite film? Have a home movie you want to show for a family reunion? Now is your chance to see it on the big screen!

  • Great for all ages!
  • Two hour rental
  • Bring your own DVD
  • Bring your own food & beverages
  • Maximum capacity of 70 people. Larger auditoriums are available for an additional fee.
  • No minimum required
  • A small popcorn and fountain beverage or bottled water can be added to this package for $6 per guest. A table and up to 20 chairs will be provided for any outside food/drinks provided by the customer .

Private theater rentals typically occur Saturdays and Sundays with a start time of 10:00 am.

A $150 deposit is due at the time of booking with the balance due the day of the party.
